Loyalty Points

This system rewards and thanks you for your loyalty and support.

With each order you accumulate loyalty points, which turn into a reduction on a next purchase on our site.

The points accumulated during your purchases on the site www.escoffier.fr are indicated in the summary of your order.

They are assigned to you when you pay for your order.

Your total points can be viewed in "my account" in the "My loyalty points" section.

They are entitled to a reduction equal to 5% of their cumulative amount, on the basis of 1 Euro purchased = 1 loyalty point (i.e. 5 € reduction for 100 € spent)

You accumulate points even under an order with the use of previous loyalty points; the new amount corresponds to the final total (after using the points)

They can be used on all items;

They cannot be the subject of any other compensation than a discount coupon.

They are personal and cannot be transferred to another customer account.

They are allocated when your order is collected and are deducted in the event of a return or cancellation of the order.

Shipping costs are excluded from the calculation of points earned.

To redeem your discount and redeem your points, simply click "Apply Loyalty Points" when choosing your payment method, and choose how many points you will eventually use.
